In order to have a successful blog, a blogger needs to add targeted content to their blog on a regular basis, in order to keep their appeal with their human visitors and the search engines. But, providing new content to a blog on a regular and consistent basis is often a challenge, even for the most dedicated blogger. Computer Software Cannot Solve Your Content Needs It is not enough to buy one of those software packages that "make" articles for you. You know the ones we are speaking; you may have seen them advertised. Some software vendors promise that if you insert a few keywords into their software and a couple of sentences, then their software will "write" original content for your website. But that is a spam approach to making web content. Unfortunately, this process will not help you make a blog that real people will want to visit and read on a regular basis! It might help you in the search engines, but if visitors from the search engines do not convert to buyers or advertiser visitors, no amount of traffic will help you make a profit. Quality Content Is The Key to Success When was the last time you visited a website that had articles that did not quite make sense? And, when was the last time you bookmarked a website like that? That is what I thought. You don't bookmark websites of that type, do you? Quality content is what separates the wheat from the chaff in the website attraction game. Human web surfers bookmark and revisit websites that provide them with consistent and good quality content. That is the reason why quality counts when you are filling your blog (web log) with information. We Encourage A Content Mix The information that appeals to readers varies widely, and the bloggers greatest challenge is to provide enough content to keep readers on their blogs for a long amount of time, and enough originality to keep them coming back to the blog. We know from personal experience that writing can be a very time-consuming process. Writing one post per day for a year could enable your blog to grow into a content-powerhouse in just under a year. Unfortunately, most of us writers are strained to produce two or three quality articles per week. At that rate, it will take a year to gain the first one hundred articles posted to a blog. With the same breath, most of us don't want to wait a year in order to start seeing lots of traffic to our blogs. It is hard to shake the desire for instant gratification; we want results and we want them now. A Strategy For Accelerated Growth and Great Quality We honestly believe that every website or blog needs original content in order to be truly successful. But sometimes, it makes sense to mix "filler content" with the "original content." Good quality, filler content enables the blogger to increase the size of his or her blog quickly, without sacrificing credibility. By adding hand-selected content to a blog, a blogger gains the advantage of more content on his or blog, while maintaining real credibility. How We Can Help You We are in the business of helping writers of quality content to find a wider audience for their work. We have built a system that will allow you the blogger to register with our program, and we will send you hand-selected, on-topic, HTML-formatted articles for inclusion in your blog. We don't trust computers to make any important distinctions. Our people make the decisions that only humans can really make. Our philosophy is that computers can speed certain processes, but humans are required to make decisions regarding proper placement of content. How Our System Differs From Others Most content distribution systems rely on a writer to narrow their topic down to about 50 different topics. Many of those 50 global topics must be broke down into sub-topics in order to be the most appropriate content for many different publishers, but the other content distribution sources cannot do that for you. While our competitors might send you any article regarding business for your business blog, we can break that global topic into subcategories as fine as: personnel management, human resources, search engine marketing with Google, search engine marketing with Ask.com, collecting on unpaid invoices, legal considerations for employers, hiring a cleaning contractor, how-to conduct interviewes, etc. While our competitors might send you any article regarding home and garden, we can distinguish even finer details including: creating curb appeal, installing a gazebo, adding a hot tub, laying out a flower bed, selecting the best perennials for your garden, laying carpet, selecting and installing a storm shelter, installing green technology in your home, selecting the right kitchen curtains, choosing between bed spreads, learning about tankless water heaters, etc. Our point is not to suggest that we can only do the above listed topics. Instead, our point is to show that we can distinguish between the different sub-topics of the greater, overall topic. Many of our competitors can only target content according to the global topic, but they are lost as to how to handle the finer details of properly targeting an article for publishers. Human distribution makes the difference. Simply put, a computer cannot see the difference between business software and accounting software. The computer also cannot see the difference between mesothelioma and pancreatic cancer. But, our human staff can see these minor variations in topics. How Our System Works Blogger.com and other similar blogging systems have a setting called, "Mail-to-Blogger" or "Mail-to-Blog". The intent of this feature will enable an outside third-party to send an email to the blog for posting purposes. As a blogger, you generally have the option of either permitting the post to be published immediately, or you can choose to moderate all incoming posts to your blog. Moderation is a process that sets the emailed information to Draft mode, and you as the blogger will need to manually approve the post before it goes live. Many bloggers accept content under moderation mode, and then they do a personal introduction of each article they post on their website. This process enables them to use reprint content that contains some original content with the post, in their blogs. It also allows them to add their personal touch and personality to each article they opt to use on their blog. The "Mail-to-Blog" setting is a private email address that the blogger can set up with each of their individual blogs, to enable whomever is sending a message to the blog to have a backdoor entrance to the blog itself. With the option of moderation in place, the blogger still retains full control of what will be accepted from the submitter and what will not be accepted. We ask you to fill in a short form on our website that tells us: your "Mail-to-Blog" email address, the URL of your blog, your contact name and email address, a password so you can make changes to your settings, and a description of exactly what kinds of content you would like for us to send to your blog. On your blog description, we ask you to be as detailed with your description as you need to be, to ensure that we will send only the most appropriate material to your blog. If you like a specific author for whom we distribute articles, you can tell us to send all articles written by that person. If you want information about credit cards, but not about bad credit, you can tell us that as well. The description that you give to us will be reviewed by our staff, prior to us sending an article to your blog. Our philosophy dictates that in order for us to serve our writers well, we must also serve our publishers well. If you ever decide that we are not upholding our end of the bargain, just login to your profile and cancel your listing in our database. Getting Started Join our site and turn your Mail-to-Blog email address into a targeted content generator. Our human staff will review your guidelines for submission and send you only the most appropriate content to reflect the personality of your blog. Go To Our Registration Page to get started right away. Thank you for your interest and participation.
