N571 Art Nouveau Lavaliere - Art Nouveau lavaliere beautifully a-swirl and set with Pearls and an Amethyst. It's a beauty; it's flowing lines typical of this era's designs. The piece looks like a plant's tendrils decorated with leaves, wet with a center Amethyst. The faceted Amethyst is 6mm in diameter; a lovely pink/purple color. The baroque Pearl at the bottom is about 5 x 6 mm. The others (baroque and about 3mm in size) dot the top and middle of the pendant.
The chain is sturdy, made up of links about 2mm wide that measures 7" on either side of the pendant. The total necklace is 16" long. The pendant measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/2". Total weight is almost 8 grams. Everything tests at 9 Kt., yellow Gold. This is a wonderful piece from the late 1800's, sure to become a family heirloom. STOLEN
