M223 Glass Rouge Pot, Sterl. Top - Sterling top (it's marked) has a swirling floral Art Nouveau design around the edge. This is from the early 1900's with faceting cut into the glass so that it sparkles in the light. The top's center has a design of thin straight and dotted lines - it's hard to tell if it's just a design or initials. 1 1/2" tall, 1 1/2" in diameter. No chips to the glass, inside or out.
