BH633 Early Porcelain Brooch - Antique brooch, 1" in diameter, with a longer pin stem. The portrait shows a lady of the Georgian era enameled on porcelain and set in unmarked Silver. The brooch is either Georgian or early Victorian. The woman has tall, powdered hair with a white pouffy hat and pink feather. She has a sweet face - rosy cheeks, dark eyes, and red lips. Her pink dress with white kerchief show a deep-cut neckline. Some scratches on the porcelain that testify to its age. The portrait is surrounded by real Pearls. These are replacements since what it originally had was a hodge-podge of diamonds, paste, and rhinestones - that combination just looked tacky. Looks much better with the warmth of the Pearls.
