BH566 Silver Sword & Locket- Marked "Sterling", this brooch is circa 1910. From the axe head (7/8" @ widest) to sword tip is 3" long. A locket is suspended from a chain 1 1/2" long and is decorated with 3 blue enamel ribbons. The locket measures 3/4" in diameter. The bows' enamel shows some wear, the back has 3 initials on the back - "MEY". Sword brooches aren't uncommon but this is the first I've seen with a locket. STOLEN
